Then, please add your personalised details in the 'add your personalisation' field before adding the item to your basket. Please note that we can only personalise this bag with up to 5 characters (this includes any dots between the letters). If you would like full stops between each character, please include these when you add your personalised details, as we will print the exact characters that you provide.

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address. You will pay a single shipping charge, not for each item.
(The only exception is added cost to international orders on heavier items such as gift boxes and candles due to weight restrictions).
RETURNS
I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact me within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.
