Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my item?
Simply enter the name, initials or wording in the personalisation box on the product page before adding to the basket.
Please double-check spelling, punctuation and capital letters, as we print exactly what you submit.
Can I request custom wording or a bespoke design?
In many cases, yes!
If you’d like something slightly different (extra wording, special requests or design tweaks), please get in touch before ordering, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Will I receive a preview before production?
Most items are made exactly as shown in the listing images.
We don’t automatically send previews, but if you’re unsure, you’re welcome to message us before ordering.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because our products are made to order, changes can only be made within a short window after purchase.
Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All Amy Lucy items are personalised and made to order.
Typical times are:
Processing: 1–2 working days
UK Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
International Delivery: varies by location

How long will it take to get my package?
