We only include a delivery note in our parcels that includes the item name, a delivery address and the recipients name. This makes it easier to send to a loved one as the buyers details and prices are not included on the delivery note.

POSTAGE TIMES
Please see the processing times on each product page and ensure you choose a suitable delivery method. Items that arrive too late cannot be refunded, delivery estimates are estimated and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address. You will pay a single shipping charge, not for each item.
(The only exception is added cost to international orders on heavier items such as gift boxes and candles due to weight restrictions).

RETURNS
I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact me within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.
